Records Review
Critical reviews encompass CCPs, SOPs, Corrective Actions, microbiological test results of food products, surface, and environmental testing results as part of the Validation process to ensure hazards are effectively controlled.
Plant Audit
Our experts conduct a physical examination and walk-through of your production area alongside your management and staff to review and refine processes. This includes auditing CCP monitoring and CCP verification requirements.
Documentation Reviews
We conduct a comprehensive review of all existing written HACCP plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs) to ensure they align with current regulatory requirements. We meticulously analyse Process Flow Charts, ensuring they correspond with Hazard Analysis and vice versa, while also capturing additional inputs like Rework and Returned Product. Depending on your business, this review can be conducted on-site and/or remotely.
